Research Afternoon

The University of Maribor Faculty of Health Sciences organizes meetings for higher education teachers, researchers, students, graduates, and external collaborators. Gatherings are planned within the Institute of Health Care UM FHS and the Research Institute UM FHS with the aim of bringing research work closer to all participants in the educational and research process. This enables better and easier interdisciplinary connections between research groups within UM FHS, students, and external collaborators.

which will take place on Tuesday, May 5 2026, at 11.00 at LEcture Room 1 UM FHS

and will include the following lectures

“Nursing Education at Akdeniz University: Structure, Clinical Training, and Academic Perspectives.” held by Assoc Prof Ayla Kaya, PhD, from Akdeniz University, Türkiye, Faculty of Nursing, Pediatric Nursing Department.

"The effect of reminiscence therapy on elderly individuals" held by Prof Güler Duru Aşiret, from Aksaray University, Türkiye, Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department.
