Yesterday, on May 11th 2022, at an online event, quite a few of our colleagues officially took the oath of membership in The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI). Due to the epidemiological situation in the world and the consequent cancellation of all global events organized by the STTI, the induction could not be conducted in person.
The new members are:

- Aleksander Jus
- Hilda Rezar
- Martina Horvat.
Sigma has recognized the value of excellence in nursing since its inception. In 1936, it became the first American organization to fund research in nursing. Today, Sigma supports professional development that focuses on education, leadership, career development, evidence-based research, and nursing scholarships. In this way, they promote the professional development of members and all nurses who strive to improve the health of people in the world.
On this occasion, we sincerely congratulate all the new members of this prestigious organization for their outstanding recognition and wish them much success in their research and educational work in the future.
