I came to Maribor without any expectations but I was pleasantly surprised.  Maribor is a little, calm and a beautiful city.  It has a special charm and I love it.  There is a great atmosphere of Erasmus students.  There are organized a lot of activities for us, including a trip around all Slovenia (I hightly recommed to do this).  In this way, I got to make a lot of friends and met many people from all around Europe and that is so cool because I learnt about different cultures. 

Besides, Maribor is perfectly located if you like to travel because Slovenia is in the centre of Europe and the Erasmus is the perfect chance to visit European countries. In Maribor, my friends and I like going skiing to Pohorje. We also like hiking routes (because this country has gorgeous nature), when it’s sunny we go to drink some coffee next to the river, go to Piramida (a wonderful viewpoint), to the park…etc.

In conclusion, I know that doing the Erasmus in Maribor is one of the best decisions that I ever made and that I will never forget this experience.
