Strudent Retreat II is an intensive programme for higher education learners which will last 5 days. This second retreat (the first one took place at University of Nottingham, UK in August 2017) will be hosted by the University of Maribor Faculty of Health Sciences in the first week of June 2018. Students will present their personal Leadership Journeys in a theoretical and personal way.
The focus of Leadership Retreat II will be on participants’ sharing their impresions of their leadership journey and their 14-day internships, completed in foreign countries (United Kingdom, Slovenia, Ireland or Portugal).
The students will engage in activities that prepare them for the beginning of their transition out of the EJLA. They will also take part in a group coaching session. Student Retreat II encourages students to look beyond the end of the EJLA.
