Online national conference

The University of Maribor Faculty of Health Sciences (UM FHS) is organising an online national conference about Person-centredness and Healthcare Curricula, held on 14th April 2021 via MS Teams.

Person centredness is a key component of quality healthcare that centralises the service user and caregivers' beliefs and values. Led by Professor Brendan McCormack and collaborations with universities in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Norway, Slovenia and the Netherlands, this event presents an Erasmus+ project on developing an international curriculum framework for educating future person-centred healthcare practitioners. The national conference aims to show progress and results from the Person-Centredness and Healthcare Curricula project and potentially integrating new insights into your daily work. This event is aimed at healthcare professionals, students, clinical institutions, clinical practice development consultants, clinical environment mentors, regulators and others interested in person-centred care. Emphasis will be placed on the development of guidelines and professional activities in person-centred care.

This event is free, and the event will be held via the MS Teams online environment on this link in Slovenian.

Please submit your application at this link until April 10, 2021, and for more information, you can contact sergej.kmetec1@um.si.

We look forward to meeting you and welcome you to attend the event in large numbers.
