We regret to announce the sad news that our long-time friend and colleague, Professor John Wells (South East Technological University, Ireland), has passed away.

Through his knowledge, dedication, and unwavering support in the development of our faculty’s study programmes and research achievements, he became an indispensable part of our academic community, and above all, a person of great kindness and wisdom. His passing leaves a void that we will fill with respectful and warm memories of his work and the moments we shared over the past two decades.

We extend our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.
