sLOVEnia? The only country in the world with the word »love« in the name. It’s a good start, as I am a loving person.
Maribor? Who heard about this city? For sure not me...until I did my Erasmus there. The 5 months I’ve spent in Maribor during the summer semester were by far the best months of my life! I enjoyed every moment in Slovenia, I met a lot of new people, I learned so many new things, made a lot of friends and I traveled to so many places.
As a nursing student I was studying at the Faculty of Health Sciences, where I met only friendly people and ready to help you with anything. I want to send a huge »Hvala lepa« (= Thank you very much) to all my professors and our Erasmus coordinator.

For sure Slovenia is the best country you can choose to do your Erasmus: it’s in Central Europe, it’s not expensive, it has many beautiful places you can visit. Maribor is a very nice town with a special charm, it has a great Erasmus vibe and you will never regret if you choose it.

I recommend everyone to do their Erasmus in Slovenia, Maribor. I left a piece of my heart there, I will never forget it.
