- Discussion and operationalising practice based learning aid.

Learning Outcomes
|
Participants will be able to:
- Discuss progress on OSCE to date within the faculty;
- Identify issues of concern with OSCE and possible solutions (SWOT Analysis);
- Agree objectives for OSCE implementation for semester 1 & 2;
- Discuss assessment tools in relation to Inter observer reliability (IOR);
- Critique standardisation in facilitating learning using OSCE;
- Operationalising the practice based learning aid(Practical induction process);
- Dissemination of work on OSCE (peer reviewed publication/research project).

- View a demonstration of TEL in WIT Nursing Programmes;
